Hi, I'm Adriana! I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering in 2021. I'm currently a Business Development Manager at Keysight Technologies, and I am also learning UI design in my free time.

I'm working as a business development manager for digital and photonics products in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and India.
My first role at Keysight was as a Product Manager for our arbitrary waveform generators, chassis, controllers, and modular quantum control system. I worked on cross-functional teams to launch NPIs while developing our internal and customer facing documents for the products. (and I lived in Colorado 🏔)

During my time at Tupperware, I conducted market research on various transportation management systems to determine an optimal business approach.
I also had the opportunity to work with a global team and external vendors to learn and implement procurement and sourcing strategies.
Throughout college I worked in the UCF Mathematics and Learning Lab (MALL) as a learning assistant in Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra, Pre-Calculus, and Trigonometry. I also helped with administrative tasks to maintain organization of the lab, like exam proctoring, student check-in, and other fun tasks.
As part of UCF's College Work Experience Program (CWEP) with Lockheed Martin, I interned for an Industrial Engineer supervisor. I led the weekly Performance Management Team meetings, helped with Lean Six Sigma projects to improve floor production, and performed safety audits to identify and eliminate safety hazards in the production area (among other tasks).
Outside of work, I've fallen victim to endless TikTok scrolling. I also love to travel, eat good food, and drink craft beer. When I lived in Colorado, I took up hiking (very slowly) and a few attempts at snowboarding and skiing.
Since moving to Texas, I've found myself spending more time indoors avoiding the heat. I've gotten back into CrossFit (after a 2 year break), and I spend a lot of time on Spotify (38,449 minutes in 2023 to be exact).
